As said before, Pidget and Ce-Line were trying to reform Jhazingha-Khaliph in 2015 and were looking for a new member as Muffy was unable to be a member at that moment. Pidget caught up with Foxfire, an old friend from school, on Facebook but he was under the impression that she moved to Versailles, France. It turns out Foxfire still lived in New Jersey and he asked Foxfire to help with the project. On November 13, 2015, after four years of not having a band, Foxfire, Ce-Line and Pidget were the 'New' Jhazingha-Khaliph. At this point there still were no 'versions' of the band it was just one band that changed lineups.
Later in 2015 there were three other versions of the band formed with the would-be members 'Lady Kronos', 'Sajj', 'Aireez', 'Los' and 'Kribbz'. All of those versions dissolved in weeks and never became official versions. Then the Drex version and the Nulejun versions were formed in 2016. Because of all the versions each band line-up was given a different number. Due to their schedules the Foxfire version never got the chance to record and it ended for the first time on November 14, 2016. Because it didn't record anything, it became known as a 'Lost Version' of the band but later when it reforms with Peachez it becomes Version 8.

Ce-Line left Jhazingha-Khaliph on September 14, 2017. By this time there were three versions of the band actively recording, Version 5 with Drex, Version 6 with Mad Ball and Version 7 with NuMe. Foxfire returned to the project on November 4, 2017 and another of their friends, Peachez, joined two days later on November 6, 2017. Pidget, Foxfire and Peachez became Version 8.

It took a while for them to all meet up but eventually their schedules allowed and they did their photo shoots with Peachez twin sister Tasha. The band was promoting Tasha's business 'Creative Creations' so everyone wore the logo T-shirts. Inspired by the movie 'Get Out' and the series 'The Twilight Zone' Foxfire began writing about the Sunken Place. Currently Version 8 is the last version of the band to record an album called Trepidatious.
